We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting customers, answering enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but full training can be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries by phone, email, live chat, or in person.Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when required.Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, and account updates.Maintain accurate customer records and update databases or CRM systems.Follow up with customers to ensure problems have been resolved.Meet customer service targets and response times.Work closely with colleagues and other departments to improve customer satisfaction.Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.Handle confidential customer information in accordance with company policies and data protection regulations.Prepare reports or summaries of customer issues and feedback when required.Required Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a customer service, administration, retail, or support role.Excellent ..... full job details .....
