      <description>Location: City | Salary: 13.00-13.00 Hourly | Type: Contract | The main function of an Office Porter is to maintain a clean and attractive office space. The Office Porter supports janitorial functions and sustains the building interior and exterior with great attention to detail. Job Responsibilities: Daily cleaning of the building includes, but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restrooms, disposing of garbage, stocking, unpacks and receives all supplies, moving furniture for events and set-ups etc. Perform general building maintenance tasks as needed including building start-up, minor electrical, minor plumbing, replacement of lights, general building clean up (interior and exterior), recycling and any other building maintenance needs in order to maintain efficient building operations. Skills: Team player and detail oriented. Professional, friendly demeanor, and maintaining a positive attitude. Basic ability to work independently and manage one''s time.
