Oversee day-to-day facilities management: renewals, compliance checks, services, and repairsEnsure the office runs smoothly, maintaining a professional and welcoming environmentManage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providersTake ownership of health and safety, fire regulations, and compliance standardsBe the key point of contact for all office enquiries, visitors, and external partnersOrganise meeting rooms, internal events, hospitality, and office logisticsSupport HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, and documentationReconcile invoices, process payments, and manage budgets for business support servicesOversee tech requirements, courier bookings, taxis, and other business support needsKeep the firm’s internal portal and webpages updatedWhat you’ll bring
