Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager / Personal Assistant to support the leadership team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.This is a fast-paced, varied role that requires someone who thrives under pressure, takes initiative, and has a strong understanding of the commercial insurance market.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level PA support to senior leadership, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangementsOversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism at all timesAct as a key point of contact for internal staff, clients, and external partnersSupport with compliance documentation and general administration within a commercial insurance environmentAssist with preparing reports, presentations, and client documentationManage office suppliers, facilities, and general office logisticsHelp drive a positive, high-performance culture within a busy office environmentKey RequirementsProven experience within Commercial Insurance is essentialPrevious experience as an Office Manager, PA, or in a similar dual-function roleExceptional organisational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced ..... full job details .....
