Are you an organised, proactive administrator looking for a varied role where no two days are the same?The Big Biscuit Company is a successful and growing pet treat manufacturer based in Bordon, and we''re looking for an Office Manager to become a key member of our team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing finance administration, HR support and general office management while working in a friendly manufacturing environment.What you''ll be doingProcessing customer orders and raising invoicesManaging credit controlSupporting HR administration for factory staffManaging holiday records and issuing payslipsOrdering office supplies and maintaining office operationsAnswering telephone enquiries and directing callsChecking and filing production paperworkProviding general administrative support across the businessWhat we''re looking forPrevious office management or senior administration experienceExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeExperience with invoicing and credit controlA confident communicator with a professional telephone mannerSomeone who can work independently and take ownership of the office functionWhat we offerSalary: £30,000 per annum, depending on experienceMonday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm30-minute lunch breakStatutory holiday entitlementA friendly and supportive working environmentThe opportunity to play a vital role in a growing UK pet treat manufacturerIf you enjoy taking ..... full job details .....
