Our client is a well-established non-profit organisation at the heart of community development, working in partnership with local businesses and government to drive positive change. Based in the City, the team is small, dynamic, and passionate about delivering key events and initiatives that enhance the lives of both workers and residents—from cultural experiences to sporting events. They are recruiting for a 13-month maternity cover, with an ideal start on a temporary basis, moving to a fixed-term contract with the organisation.
Responsibilities
Diary management and travel arrangements for the CEO
Minutes for meetings, including Board and Steering Committee sessions
Coordinating and supporting events alongside the Events Manager—from logistics to community engagement
Liaising with suppliers and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
Preparing and distributing meeting actions and follow-up documentation
