Our work pops up in homes, gyms, events, and even for big-name brands like Nike, Spotify, Channel 4, Adidas, and David Lloyd Clubs.We’re looking for a confident, organised Office Manager and Sales Administrator to be the voice of our business and the glue that keeps our sales operations running smoothly.The Role

We’re looking for a proactive team player. We need a confident and experienced Office Manager/Sales Administrator to take charge of daily office operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries and play a central role in our small but dynamic team. This is a fully office-based role. You must be within commuting distance of Kingston and available to start as soon as possible.What you’ll be doing:Answering calls and emails, booking site visits, and making a great first impression with every customerFollowing up enquiries and preparing quotes that get deals over the lineReaching out to clients to offer our maintenance packages (earning commission as you go)Scheduling site and maintenance visitsOrdering office supplies and handling general admin to keep the wheels turningUsing Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and cloud tools (we’ll train you where needed)We think you’ll be a great fit if you…Are confident, articulate, and love talking to peopleHave strong organisational skills and can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweatHave good computer skills and pick up new systems quicklyBring prior admin or sales support experience (bonus points if it’s in a similar role)Requirements

Experience in office administration: 3 years (required)Excellent phone manner and communication skillsStrong computer skills and experience using Microsoft OfficeComfortable using CRM and cloud-based systems (training provided)Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced settingSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyHighly organised with attention to detailGood IT literacyExperience with diary managementProven experience in a similar roleWhat’s in it for you
