The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys "mucking in", can multitask effectively, and is comfortable working across administration, customer support, scheduling and general business operations.You will play an important part in keeping projects running smoothly, ensuring documentation is up to date and that the management team is fully supported.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration and PA SupportProvide daily administrative support to the management teamHandle incoming calls, emails and general enquiriesPrepare correspondence, documents and reportsAssist with scheduling, diary management and meeting coordinationKeep internal systems and records updatedSupport with project documentation and file managementProduce and send customer quotations and invoicesAssist with basic accounts administration and paperworkHealth and Safety administration including monitor and track upcoming expiries for: AccreditationsTraining certificatesInsurance documentsVehicle and equipment checksEnsure documentation is kept compliant and up to dateLiaise with external stakeholders or suppliers regarding renewalsProvide general office support across a small team where "everyone supports each other"Help with scanning, filing, data entry and document controlAssist with onboarding ..... full job details .....
