Our client is looking for a hands-on Office Manager to be at the heart of their busy office, supporting directors, leading the team, and ensuring operational excellence every day.
This is more than just an administrative role – you’ll be managing office operations, coordinating staff, maintaining compliance, and keeping the team on track, all while liaising with customers and suppliers.
 
Key Responsibilities:

- Leading and coordinating day-to-day office operations and the team
- Maintaining HR records and keeping staff procedures up to date
- Ensuring health and safety compliance
- Organising staff training 
- Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and taking minutes
- Liaising with suppliers, customers, and subcontractors to keep everything running smoothly

 
Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in office management and team leadership
- Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills
- Confident using MS Office; Sage experience advantageous
- Knowledge of HR procedures and health and safety compliance
