If you''re proactive, hands-on and love being the go-to person who just gets things done - this could be the role for you.What You''ll Be DoingRun the Office Day-to-DayKeep the office prepared, stocked and tidy.Manage food, drink and supply orders within budget.Look after deliveries, stationery and general office standards.Keep Facilities Running SmoothlyManage maintenance requests and contractors.Oversee cleaning teams and plant care.Maintain key-holder access and documentation.Support Health and SafetyDeliver office HandS inductions.Complete safety checks and support fire, first aid and DSE processes.Work closely with the HandS Manager. ..... full job details .....
