Type: Full-time, 35 hours a week (hybrid after probation)
Availability: Immediate start preferred - mid October start date
Salary: -40-45k

Our client, a thriving International Membership Organisation, is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal role and contribute to the organisation''s success.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Office Manager, you will be at the heart of our client''s operations, responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including:
- Answering phone calls and managing correspondence
- Ordering office supplies and ensuring a well-maintained workspace
- Coordinating maintenance for fire and intruder alarms, air conditioning, and plumbing
- Managing banking tasks, including paying invoices and staff salaries
- Organising the annual Christmas party
- Planning Advisory Board meetings, including sending agendas, taking minutes, and arranging catering
- Assisting with new employee inductions and managing personnel issues with guidance from HR advisors.
- Arranging training courses for staff
- Booking flights and accommodations for directors travelling overseas
- Coordinating visa applications when necessary
Who You Are:
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
- Proven experience in office management or similar roles
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- A cheerful, professional demeanour and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ideally shorthand/minute taking experience
