Do you have experience in administration and customer service? Are you looking for the opportunity to become an office manager within an exciting new start-up business?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit an office manager on a permanent, full-time basis. The company specialises in the Design and Manufacture of bespoke Aerospace products, for end clients such as Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier and many more.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the co-ordination of office operations to facilitate organisational efficiency. You will be in charge of customer service and administration processes and procedures. You will work closely with all departments to ensure the business runs smoothly. Full training will be provided.

This is a varied and interesting role, where you will have the opportunity to significantly increase your annual income via a lucrative bonus scheme and a company profit share scheme.

The Candidate:
*Must have experience programming, setting and operating a 5 axis CNC machine
*Must be able to use your own initiative and be able to follow engineering drawings
*Lives a commutable distance from Shoeburyness, Southend-on-Sea

The Role:
*Manufacturing bespoke Aerospace products
*Working on products for end clients such as Airbus, Boeing and Bombardier
*Overtime at an increased rate and a profit share bonus available
