We are currently recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support their Operations, Business Development, and Administrative functions. This is a varied and dynamic role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across departments, streamlining processes, and contributing to business growth.

You will play a key part in identifying opportunities for improvement, enhancing internal efficiencies, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Substantial opportunity for future growth within a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal documentation, data entry, and reporting tasks.
  • Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems.
  • Coordinate engineers diaries.

  • Organise engineers work loads.

  • Liase directly with letting agents and landlords.

  • Ensure that digital and physical reminders are sent to customers regarding safety certificates.

  • Assist with documentation control and version management.
  • Support HR processes including onboarding and internal communications.
  • Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures

  • Coordinate logistics for internal projects, external events, and conferences.

Essential:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excell.

Desirable:

Experience in using Commusoft.

Streamlining and upgrading current procedures.

Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

Experience within the domestic sector industry(Plumbing/Gas/Electric).

Working Hours:

Mon-Friday 8am-4.30pm
