Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, meeting rooms, and kitchen - always maintaining high standards of health, safety, and sustainability.
- Providing organisational and PA support to Senior Management.
- Coordinating company-wide travel arrangements.
- Offering executive support to the Board, including attending meetings and taking minutes.
- Managing office budgets and inventory in partnership with the Finance Manager.
- Liaising with external providers on facilities, maintenance, and utilities.
- Preparing and facilitating company-wide meetings.
- Acting as the first point of contact for the business and handling incoming calls/messages.
- Supporting IT queries internally and coordinating with the external IT provider.
- Assisting the Finance Manager with invoices, expenses, and grant timesheets.
- Providing ad hoc support across HR, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
- Previous experiece in a PA, EA, Office Manager, or Administrator role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and organisational ability.
- Excellent prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple requests under pressure.
