Our client is a growing exterior cleaning company working with property managers, block management companies and facilities managers across our four separate divisions – exterior cleaning, major works, roof cleaning and window cleaning.

They are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager.

The Role

As Office Manager you will be responsible for:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer enquiries (phone & email)
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating works
  • Preparing and following up on quotations
  • Managing the Director’s diary
  • Supporting job scheduling and tracking progress
  • Overseeing workplace health and safety
  • Maintaining CRM records
  • Ensuring staff training, qualifications and certifications remain up to date
  • Overseeing vehicles, equipment, and office operations
  • Completing onboarding paperwork for new suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Supporting general office administration tasks as required.

About You

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and adeptness in multitasking within a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
