A creative agency in Cheltenham is looking for an Office Manager who is equal parts organiser, host, problem-solver and all-round safe pair of hands. Someone who loves making things run smoothly so the team can focus on doing brilliant work.

As Office Manager you will be organising meetings, managing diaries and arranging travel as well as PA duties to the Senior Management Team.

Additionally, you will be responsible for finance and HR administration, compliance and data management.

You will be coordinating events, keeping the studio stocked up and be the friendly face when visitors arrive or when people call in.

This is a busy, office-based role for someone with excellent and proven administration skills looking to work in a creative environment.

This role will suit someone:

  • Calm under pressure and adaptable when plans change (because they will)
  • A clear communicator who enjoys being the glue that holds things together
  • Very detail orientated

This isn''t a back-office role so you must be a people person. You''ll be the one who gives clients the first impression and sets the day-to-day rhythm of the studio. When you do your job well, everyone else can do theirs better.

Please note, this is an office-based role in Cheltenham, and you must be able to work in Cheltenham five days a week to open and close the studio as well as welcome guests and prepare meeting rooms.
