The role involves preparing and serving high-quality tea, coffee, and beverages to employees and guests, while maintaining a clean, organized pantry or coffee station. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, thrives in a professional setting, and delivers excellent customer service.Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinksOperate and maintain coffee machines and ensure consistent quality of beveragesPrepare and serve light refreshments such as snacks, biscuits, and cookies, fresh fruits plates, dessert plates etc.Set up, refresh, and clear meeting rooms with food and beverage serviceArrange and present food and beverage items professionally for meetings and eventsMaintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of pantry and service areasDeliver friendly, professional service while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards Administrative responsibilitiesManage stock levels, inventory records, and replenishment of pantry suppliesRaise purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveryCoordinate with the office manager and receptionist for meeting room hospitality and catering requirementsMaintain service logs, hygiene records, and compliance documentationReport equipment issues, support basic expense tracking, and assist with event ..... full job details .....
