Office Coordinator - Wine Merchant Job Type: Permanent Location: London Post Code: SE6 4RU Salary: 35,000 Start Date: ASAP We are recruiting an experienced Office Coordinator for a small successful wine business, based in South East London. The successful applicant will ideally have experience in the following fields: Computerised order processing and stock management using the Vintner system,Knowledge of customs and excise and shipping procedures both within and outside the EUKnowledge of bonded warehousing.Use of a fork lift truck would be a desirable (training will be given if needed).Must have excellent administration skills of running an office and extremely computer literate with Spreadsheets, Word, Outlook, Presentations etc.An excellent phone manner Key areas for which you will assume responsibility include:Maintaining accuracy of stocks at all timesShipping - from placing orders to landing stock in UK duty paid warehouseData entry and stock transfersSales order processing and invoicingGeneral logistics and ad-hoc dutiesTaking and processing ordersArranging couriersLoading and unloading of vehicles for deliveries (forklift - during busy times)Occasional warehouse duties (will involve lifting of wine cases) You must be:Competent in stock managementEfficient and effective, with meticulous attention to detailAble to demonstrate a high level of computer literacyHave a good grounding in winesBe able to start work at 7.15amBe able to carry out light physical duties in the ..... full job details .....
