Our client, an engineering consultancy, is seeking a talented Office Coordinator to join their team.As an Office Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for visitors and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include managing the front desk, meeting room coordination, switchboard operation, and maintaining office facilities and cleanliness. You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures and policies.To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience in office based front of house. You should be quick to learn and adapt to the latest office technologies and possess strong problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional people and stakeholder management skills, are essential.
