KT and Coe Recruit are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious organisation in North Norfolk to recruit a Office Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional to join a friendly and supportive team in a varied role, combining office-based administration with site visits and tenant liaison. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the residential lettings process, including tenant referencing, tenancy agreements and deposits. Arrange check-ins, check-outs and pre-tenancy preparations. Manage tenant enquiries and build positive relationships. Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and internal teams. Carry out property inspections and support rent review programmes. Maintain accurate records and update the property database. Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and health and safety requirements. Liaise with utility providers and other external stakeholders. About You We''re looking for someone who has: Previous experience in residential lettings or property management. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Strong communication and customer service abilities. The ability to build positive relationships with tenants, contractors and colleagues. A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of property management software is advantageous but not essential.
