About the Role: As an Office Assistant, you''ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our workspace runs smoothly and efficiently. You''ll be the heartbeat of our community, responsible for maintaining high standards and delivering a delightful experience to all members and guests.Key Responsibilities:Be a point of contact for tenants in the buildingConduct regular floor walks to identify and resolve issues swiftlyMonitor cleaning standards daily and communicate any concerns to the Buildings ManagerLog and escalate maintenance issues to ensure nothing is overlookedCollaborate with the Buildings Manager to schedule repairs and coordinate with contractorsEnsure kitchens, bathrooms, and communal areas are well-stocked and functioning seamlesslyComplete weekly stock takes and report findingsOrganize socials and events for tenantsReview consumables to ensure we use effective, ..... full job details .....
