Our client, based in South Lanarkshire, is looking for an Office and Sales Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.The Successful Applicant
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Experience in office management, sales support, and/or procurement (start-up or SME a plus).Confident using CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce desirable).Clear communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Familiarity with basic financial principles such as budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking. Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and common office technology.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a startup mindset.A genuine interest in climate tech and sustainability, with a strong alignment to the company’s mission.Job Description
Oversee office operations, suppliers, and systems; manage team logistics and events; support HR processes including onboarding.Maintain CRM and sales data integrity, prepare proposals and contracts, coordinate with clients and partners, and track pipeline progress.Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and coordinate purchasing to ensure value for money and operational efficiency.Assist with invoicing, expenses, budget tracking.Act as first point of contact for internal queries, ensuring processes are clear and efficient.Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating office space, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.Serve as the point of contact for general HR-related queries (e.g., benefits, leave requests, workplace policies). Coordinate with HR on recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, and onboarding.Attend board meetings to take minutes as required.Monitor, manage and ensure compliance with ESG policy and Net Zero plans.Coordinate and manage staff business trips including staff travel needs and accommodation.Remuneration
