We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Office and Operations Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and colleagues. You will provide excellent customer service, coordinate administrative processes, support operational activities, and ensure records and documentation are maintained accurately. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy multitasking, and take pride in delivering a professional and efficient service. Key Responsibilities Customer Service and Front Office Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person. Respond to customer queries, complaints, and issues in a professional and helpful manner. Provide a welcoming and efficient service for customers collecting orders. Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent service and communication. Order Processing and Sales Administration Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and coordinate orders for collection and delivery. Raise and manage invoices and sales documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and order records. Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Payments and Financial Administration Process payments by cash, card, and telephone in accordance with company procedures.
