Office Administrator and Finance Assistant (Full-Time) - Salary £30,000- £35,000 depending on experience Location: Poole, Dorset (Office Based, 8am - 4.30pm)REED Recruitment are exclusive working with a Transport Company based in Poole recruiting a reliable, organised, and proactive Office Administrator and Finance Assistant to join a small, friendly team.This is a varied and hands-on role at the heart of their operations, supporting the Finance Manager and wider business. Full training will be provided. The role would suit an ambitious professional who is keen to progress within the company for the long term. Working PatternThis is a full-time position, working an average of 5 days per week, including one weekend in four.When scheduled to work a weekend, you will receive the following Monday and Tuesday off.During that week (Monday-Sunday), you will also provide out-of-hours, on-call support for urgent operational matters such as service interruptions or staff sickness.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Office AdministrationAdvertising AdministrationMaintain up-to-date advertiser recordsRespond to new advertising enquiriesIssue annual and mid-year invoices, including discounts where applicableEmployment and HR AdministrationMaintaining accurate employee recordsKeeping the Staff Handbook updated and compliantProvide cover for the Finance Manager during absence, including:Weekly returnsBanking spreadsheets and reconciliationsMonthly returns for Head Office (receipts, discount ..... full job details .....
