Office and Accounts Administrator

A client of ours in the Woodbridge area are recruiting an Office and Accounts Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying -25,000 - -30,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring and updating the company maintenance spreadsheet
  • Planning routine service and inspections with the relevant companies
  • Putting together CE Packs following a clear tick sheet
  • Manage stationery, first aid and PPE stock levels
  • Book accommodation/flights etc as needed
  • Assist in posting purchase invoices onto Sage
  • Assist in the move from Sage to Business Central
  • Posting job card details onto an excel spreadsheet
  • Production of commercial invoices and management of foreign pallet shipments.
  • Answering telephone calls


Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Office and Accounts Administrator position:

  • Experience in using Sage
  • Previous experience within Accounts, Admin and Secretarial
  • Export experience desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT Literate
