A client of ours in the Woodbridge area are recruiting an Office and Accounts Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying -25,000 - -30,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring and updating the company maintenance spreadsheet
- Planning routine service and inspections with the relevant companies
- Putting together CE Packs following a clear tick sheet
- Manage stationery, first aid and PPE stock levels
- Book accommodation/flights etc as needed
- Assist in posting purchase invoices onto Sage
- Assist in the move from Sage to Business Central
- Posting job card details onto an excel spreadsheet
- Production of commercial invoices and management of foreign pallet shipments.
- Answering telephone calls
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Office and Accounts Administrator position:
- Experience in using Sage
- Previous experience within Accounts, Admin and Secretarial
- Export experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- IT Literate
