I''m working with an established and down to earth business in Banbury who are on the lookout for a confident and organised Office and Accounts Administrator to join their team.This is a full-time, office based role where you''ll be involved in everything from running the accounts to keeping the front desk ticking over. The Directors are easy going, genuinely supportive, and value people who take pride in their work. You''ll need to be someone who can get stuck in, keep things moving, and enjoy the company of a very friendly office dog!What you''ll be doing:Managing the day to day accounts and bookkeeping dutiesCredit control and payment processingKeeping the office and reception area running smoothlyHandling client and supplier queries over the phone and face to faceWhat we''re looking for:Solid admin experience with good working knowledge of accounting processesConfident with IT systems and able to pick up new tools quicklyProactive and well-organised with a strong work ethicProfessional, friendly, and comfortable speaking with people at all levelsBonus points if you''re a dog lover The role details Full-time, office based: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (35 hours/week)Includes 1 hour lunch and 2 x 15-minute breaks daily33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)Salary: 28,000- 30,000, depending on experienceFree parking and a genuinely supportive working cultureIf you''re looking for a varied, people focused role in a relaxed but busy office and you like the idea of being a key ..... full job details .....
