Office Agency Surveyor - Manchester

A leading UK real estate consultancy is seeking an MRICS Office Agency Surveyor to join their Manchester team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the most active and high-profile office agency teams in the North West, advising on acquisitions, disposals, and development-led opportunities.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality agency advice to landlords, occupiers, and developers. You will be involved in transactions across the Manchester and wider North West market, with exposure to landmark instructions and blue-chip clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development opportunities within the office sector
• Undertake lease negotiations, heads of terms, and transactional work
• Support in pitching for and securing new instructions
• Conduct market research and prepare reports to inform client decision-making
• Build and maintain strong client and occupier relationships
• Represent the consultancy professionally at meetings, viewings, and industry events

• MRICS qualified (essential)
• Proven track record in office agency or a transactional commercial property role
• Strong knowledge of the Manchester and North West office market
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Commercially driven, with the ability to win and deliver work
• Team player with a proactive approach to business development
