Position: Office Administrator

Overview:
We are looking for two detail-oriented Office Administrators, to support our clients team in a quiet, professional office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and keeping an office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for clients and team.
  • Manage calls, emails, post, and visitor reception.
  • Draft letters/emails, scan, file, and maintain records.
  • Prepare engagement/disengagement letters.
  • Support invoicing, credit control, and company secretarial tasks.
  • Assist with marketing and general office duties.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience in accounting or professional services is a plus.
