The main duties of the role will involve;Supporting the Practice Manager and Deputy Practice Manager which will include,ensuring all health and safety checks are completed in a timely and efficient mananer, documenting checks and certificates of completion from outside organisationsdocumenting and processing invoices for payment using quick booksAmendingand updating staff details on all clinical systems.Ensuringaccess to systems is assigned appropriately and compliance records are updatedaccordinglyUpdatingcompliance records in line with GPDR/DSPT requirementsUpdating and keeping the internal intranet up to date with all HR and Health and Safety matters.Undertaking safety and premises checks across both sites and updating records appropriately within our intranetCommunicatingwith external organisations regarding all matters relating to premises, health and safety, contractsArrangemeetings both virtually and on site at both practicesArranging training for staff as requiredAttending meetings as requiredSupport Management with admin duties as requiredAbout us
