Office Administrator

Verve Workspace is a leading office furniture and interior design company based in Milton Malsor, just outside Northampton. We''ve been around for 22 years. Our offices are a lovely place to work from (as you may expect) and provide a pleasant place to work from. We design, furnish and fit out workplaces for businesses across the UK, and we''re looking for a friendly, organised and resourceful Administrator to join our small team and help keep everything running smoothly. Working with our operations team, you''ll get involved in a bit of everything and become an important part of the day-to-day operations. Your typical day could include processing customer orders, arranging and scheduling deliveries, speaking with clients and suppliers, updating information on our website and helping the team with general administration. You''ll also inevitably become the person who knows where things are, what''s happening and who needs chasing. In other words, someone who helps keep the wheels turning. We''re much more interested in finding the right person than somebody with a particular qualification or impressive-looking CV. Training will be given for anything more unique, like adding images etc to our websites. You''ll probably suit us if you''re organised, comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Docs, confident speaking to customers, and able to get on with things without needing to be constantly supervised.
