Office Administrator - Term Time

Folkestone Primary is looking to appoint a highly reliable, efficient and adaptable School Office Administrator to join our busy school. The position is 37 hours per week (7.45 - 3.45 Monday - Friday) term time + 2 weeks (to include INSET days). You will often be the first point of contact for our parents, children and visitors.
Responsibilities
Be passionate about supporting our children and the community
Have the ability to make our pupils feel valued and safe
Enjoy working as a team
Offer enthusiasm and energy to the role
Have excellent IT skills
Have the ability to communicate well (written, face to face, telephone)
Be able to organise and prioritise your workload
Knowledge of BROMCOM – although training will be given
Have experience in updating websites and Facebook
Have previous school experience
