Office Administrator
Solution 47 Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Braintree for an organised and reliable Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a varied administrative role that will support the day-to-day running of the office and provide key support to the wider team. Key Responsibilities Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Providing general clerical and administrative support to the team Performing accurate data entry and updating internal systems Maintaining organised records and documentation Providing all-round administrative and project support as required Assisting with general office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Requirements Previous administrative or office support experience preferred Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and telephone manner Good attention to detail and accuracy when entering data Ability to work independently and as part of a team Competent in Microsoft Office and general office systems Working Hours Full-time Monday to Friday Company Benefits Free parking Company pension scheme Private medical insurance ..... full job details .....
