This is a varied role that will support the day-to-day running of the office and provide administrative assistance to both the management team and site operations.The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for clients and suppliers, helping to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesResponding to client enquiries via email in a professional and timely mannerAnswering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriatelyCarrying out general office administration dutiesAssisting the team with the preparation and compilation of OandM (Operation and Maintenance) ManualsPrinting and preparing site paperwork and project documentationSupporting the procurement process by ordering materials and liaising with suppliersMaintaining accurate records and filing systemsAssisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as requiredAbout YouThe ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Essential RequirementsPrevious experience in an administrative or office support roleStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office ..... full job details .....
