As we continue to expand, we re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in our newly refurbished, modern office space in South Manchester.The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in construction administration who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of project delivery. Reporting to the Operations Manager and supporting our Project Managers, you ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks across multiple projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and processing invoices in a timely and accurate mannerCompiling and managing OandM (Operation and Maintenance) manualsSupporting the creation and maintenance of Health and Safety filesGeneral administrative duties to support project deliveryAssisting project managers with documentation and coordinationMaintaining accurate records and filing systemsLiaising with subcontractors and suppliers where necessaryEnsuring compliance with internal and external documentation standardsAbout YouMinimum 3 years experience in an administrative roleAt least ..... full job details .....
