Due to continued success, they are now seeking an organised and customer-focused individual to join their busy office team.This is a varied and hands-on role, playing a key part in supporting customer service operations, financial processes, and wider business functions. The successful candidate will help maintain high service standards by ensuring customer enquiries and orders are handled promptly, accurately, and professionally.As an Office Administrator, you will:Support the delivery of excellent customer service, ensuring all enquiries are responded to promptly and professionallyProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of attention to detailHandle and investigate customer queries via telephone and email, resolving issues and improving the overall customer experienceManage returns and refunds, preparing information for accounts processingAllocate incoming BACS and cheque payments accurately to support reconciliation processesAssist with credit control duties, including chasing overdue payments, resolving queries and ..... full job details .....
