Reed Business Support are thrilled to be supporting a growing manufacturing business based in Newport who are looking to appoint a Sales Administrator to join a small, collaborative team. This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to gain exposure to multiple departments and play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations across the business.What you''ll be doing:Inbox management for Sales, Info and Orders review and field emails as necessary to relevant departments.Produce quotes using ERP system and issue to customers, chasing PO''s where necessary.Order entry onto ERP system and liaise with customers regarding their order.Maintain and update systems, processes and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO, including carrying out internal audits.Develop and maintain in line with business changes to ensure compliance with GDPR Regulations.what you''ll need:Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within construction or manufacturing environmentsProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong planning and organisational skills with an ability to deliver quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.what you''ll get: Bonus (subject to agreed objectives and company performance)Life Assurance25 days holiday plus statutory holidaysFree Parking on siteAccess to Health Shield (Healthcare Benefits System)If you would like to know more about this role, get in touch ..... full job details .....
