Office Administrator-Huddersfield (22k-27k)An amazing new opportunity has arisen with my new client who is based on the outskirts of Huddersfield in a wonderful location.Located within a refurbished mill complex my client who is linked to the financial sector is looking to add an Administrator to their team.The key to this role is about you having flexibility in your work attitude, this is not the type of role or company where you have one job description, it''s a small team environment so everyone is expected to pitch in.General administration duties include:Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, post, and ensuring all actions and follow-ups are accurately recordedMaintain and update database information, including personal details, payment instructions and email correspondence and responsesProduce, reconcile, and process payments, including system input and associated communicationsMaintain compliant filing and archiving, produce client reports, issue official correspondence, and resolve queries or complaints within agreed timeframesI''m looking for someone with a ''go-getting attitude'' coupled with some office experience. In addition having your own vehicle is going to handy due to location however if you live in the Honley, Newsome, Lockwood area you could get away with using public transport.Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with 1 hour lunch.
