Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for providing exceptional support? We''re looking for a versatile Office Administrator & Receptionist to be the welcoming face and efficient backbone of a business in Melksham!

In this diverse role, you''ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our operations, supporting the wider team, and creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the doors.

What you''ll be doing:

  • Managing a busy reception, answering calls for various companies, greeting visitors warmly, and handling all incoming and outgoing post
  • Efficiently booking and preparing our conference rooms
  • Juggling a variety of tasks from data entry, filing, and creating professional documents (Word, Excel) to assisting with mailouts and providing general secretarial support
  • Creating essential information and welcome packs
  • Conducting daily and weekly building checks
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative requests

About you:

  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proactive, adaptable, and a true team player
  • Someone who takes pride in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment

Job Details

  • Type: Full-time, 100% office-based
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
  • Salary: -25,000 per annum
