OHUK are currently recruiting an Administrator to join an established MandE Sub contractor within their back office department. The company works within the high end residential sector and turn over 20M. This position will be full time office based role in the Kemsley area.Responsibilities
General administration duties: scanning, filing, printing, and related tasksUploading site documents to their internal systemLiaising with subcontractors via email and phoneUpdating purchase orders (PO)Booking and arranging meetings for the teamProviding support when communicating with external suppliersQualifications
Must have a strong telephone mannerStrong computer skillsPrevious administrator experienceMust be able to commute to the Kemsley area dailyPrevious building services / construction experience is desirable but not ..... full job details .....
