This key role ensures the school runs smoothly and efficiently, providing a warm welcome for everyone who walks through our doors.We are looking for someone who:Creates a happy, calm, and positive first impression for all visitorsBuilds strong relationships with all stakeholders, including external providersHas excellent communication skills, whether face-to-face, on the phone, or via emailIs confident and competent in using IT and office systemsIs highly organized, maintaining an efficient and tidy office environmentKeeps records and paperwork up to date, ensuring compliance at all timesYou will be responsible for various administrative duties supporting the school''s activities, including handling financial transactions, assisting with admissions and school trips, and providing general administrative support. You will also work at a busy reception, welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to enquiries from parents, staff, pupils, and visitors.Knowledge of the SIMs management system is desirable but not essential.If you would like to visit the school, please contact
