Office Administrator role based in Hemel Hempstead, United Kingdom. Full-time. Support the General Manager and UK team with the day-to-day running of the office and UK operations.Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and a positive work environmentManage office supplies, inventory, and coordination with vendorsHandle basic maintenance and repairs; coordinate with service providersAdminister employee and visitor access (fobs) and parking permitsAssist with domestic shipments to customersMaintain office policies and documentationCoordinate meeting room bookings, calendars, and scheduling supportServe as first point of contact for internal and external communicationsSupport onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HREnsure office compliance with health and safety regulations; act as Fire WardenOrganize office events, team-building activities, and internal communicationsTrack office expenses, manage petty cash, and assist with budgetingOversee vendor contracts, service agreements, and renewalsRequirements

Proven experience in office management or administrationStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace management toolsBasic financial oversight experienceAdvantages

Strong PA and/or office administration experienceExperience with Health and Safety, first aid and fire marshal dutiesExperience in event planning and workplace culture initiativesUnderstanding of GDPR and confidentiality policiesAbout Nayax
