Job Title: Administrator
Location: Immingham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to support day to day office operations. This role is ideal for someone with basic computer skills who is comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a busy environment.
This role is a temporary position but could be extended for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing general office and administrative duties
- Inputting data accurately into systems
- Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately
- Managing emails and responding to enquiries
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Must have access to transport to travel to the site
