Excellent opportunity for anyone with fluent Mandarin looking to join a growing and dynamic international business in London. My client is currently looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office and provide key coordination support across the team.

TITLE: Mandarin Administrator

Salary: up to -38,000 + Benefits

Work style: Office based

Language: Fluent Mandarin

Location: London

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office
  • Manage office facilities, suppliers, and general administration
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and take minutes where required
  • Provide bilingual (English/Mandarin) support including translation and written communication
  • Assist with reports, presentations, and internal documentation
  • Handle invoices, expenses, and general admin processes
  • Support senior stakeholders with coordination and follow-ups
  • Assist with company events and internal activities

What my client is looking for:

  • Previous experience in administration / coordination or similar roles
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
