Office Administrator
Role Purpose:To work alongside and support department within the Leo Group. Responsible for the day to day scheduling through communicating with the transport and production departments.This role requries travelling to several nearby sites so a clean and in date license with access to a car is essential.Main duties and Responsibilities:To be responsible for the administration, co-ordination and organisation of ordersTo communicate with existing customers, in response to any requirementsRespond to customer and supplier enquiries about order status, changes or cancellationsContact customers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveriesResponding to any new enquiriesObtaining any transportation quotes, arranging exports and compare pricesAccurately producing contractsSkills:Good polite communication skills, able to communicate comfortably over the phoneCommunicating effectively and professionally with a wide range of peopleMust be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all timesCompetent user of all Microsoft Applications, especially Excel in using of formulas, graphs and tablesOrganised and efficientStrong administrative skills, filingAbility to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressureAbility to remain calm in stressful situationsThe office hours are 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday. ..... full job details .....
