Office AdministratorSalary: £26,500 per annumLocation: Sevenoaks, Kent (Office Based)Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 4:00pm Contract Type - Permanent As Procurement Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Procurement team. Acting as a first point of contact for stakeholders and suppliers, you will help ensure purchase orders, systems and processes are managed accurately and efficiently.This is a varied and hands-on role offering exposure across procurement, warehouse and contract support functions within a supportive and dynamic team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as first point of contact for procurement-related queriesManage shared inboxes and telephone enquiriesProvide general administrative support to the Procurement teamProcess purchase orders, collections and off-hiresMaintain accurate delivery, stock and collection recordsUpdate and maintain internal systems and databasesExport and format data using ExcelChase suppliers for outstanding orders and updatesEssential SkillsetMinimum 6 months'' experience in an administrative or support roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesExperience managing a high workload with conflicting prioritiesExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracyConfident problem-solving abilityProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable learning new systemsPackageSalary of ..... full job details .....
