Office Administrator / PA We are looking for a very special person to be the new Office Administrator /PA to join this high end, growing construction company, supporting the Office Manager and MD, helping the company move forwards.You will be very organised, a fast learner who can multi task, able to do 10 things at once (!) a whizz at Excel, deal with clients in a professional manner, a genuinely hard worker, resilient, calm and ideally with experience of the construction industry in an Office Administrator/PA role. We envisage that someone with at least 8 years of working in an Office Administrator/PA role, or similar, will be best suited.Due to the beautiful, but rural location, you will need your own transport and be able to work Monday to Friday, but get to be part of something fabulous, with happy clients.Key areas of responsibility for the Office Administrator/PA:First point of contact for customers, manage calls and emailsKeep the Director''s diary on track Make sure key documents, schedules, and records are up to date.
