Delivering high-quality engineering solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects.We are currently seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Office Administrator to manage their day-to-day office operations and support our commercial and HR teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our head office. Your daily duties will include:Financial Administration: Raising and tracking Purchase Orders (POs), matching delivery notes, and processing supplier invoices accurately.HR Support: Managing basic HR admin, assisting with the on boarding of new staff/subcontractors, tracking training certifications, and maintaining personnel files.General Administration: Acting as the first point of contact for office enquiries, managing incoming/outgoing post, ordering office supplies, and providing ad-hoc administrative support to Project Managers.Data Management: Updating internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases to ensure all project documentation is compliant and easily accessible.The Ideal CandidateProven experience working in a busy administrative or office management role.
