Office Administrator / receptionist (late afteroon to evening working hours monday - friday)

We are seeking a permanent Office Administrator for the evening shift at our office , this would suit someone with good customer service skills and attention to detail. The hours are from 16;00 - 22;00 Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, organised, IT-skilled, fluent in English (spoken and written), able to multitask, and comfortable working under pressure.

This would suit someone that lives locally to SW london as evening position.

Starting Salary: -14.00- -15.00 per hour + holiday pay, excellent further training and career progression opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities include taking telephone bookings, handling customer queries, updating data base and taking bookings, managing diaries, filing, general administration work, providing excellent customer service. Taking payments and preparing estimates and necessary documents and emailing customers.
