My client are leaders in their sector within the food industry, fostering a progressive and dymanic organisational culture where their people are the most important factor. Main responsibilities: Ensure all office, warehouse and cutting plant supplies are stocked, organised and available for use when needed. Lead the organisation of all company outings, including attendees, bookings, insurance etc. Organising internal meeting set ups including room booking, refreshments and any necessary requirements. Lead onboarding activities, including rights to work checks, company introduction and required documentation. Communicate with contrators of services to the business, ensuring the best deals are being agreed. Contribute to the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the site. The Candidate: You''ll be comfortable in a stand alone role where you are expected to great your own work load and think on your feet. You will be able to show flexibility to support senior people in the business, and assist them manage their workload. You will be a forward thinker with the ability to resolve problems using your own initiative. Ideally, you''ll have experience in a similar role.
