Are you an organised, detail-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment?

Whether you''re just starting out or bringing valuable administrative experience, our client is looking for a Business Support Administrator to join their growing operations team in Paulton, Bristol.

Ideally you will have had some administrative experience within a financial services or professional services environment.

This is an onsite role with flexibility on hours.

What you''ll do:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the firm''s business divisions
  • Assist with monthly billing, document filing, and meeting coordination
  • Manage client onboarding processes in line with Money Laundering regulations
  • Be a first point of contact for visitors and phone calls
  • Support internal and external events and help keep the office running smoothly
  • Take on relevant projects and provide occasional cover for service line administrators

What we''re looking for:

  • You will be a strong administrator with excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence learning new systems
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
  • You will be adaptable and you will enjoy driving efficiencies in the office
